Making the complex simple

Mirinda drives the development of our offering for self-managing NDIS participants. Prior to this role, Mirinda spent some time as a management consultant (including in NDIS headquarters in Geelong) and brings this experience to the role. When she’s not driving forward product development, she likes to be outside at the beach or doing a triathlon.

Prior to LanternPay, Andrew held multiple senior roles at Westpac, was Chief of Staff to a Federal Govt Cabinet Minister and spent 10 years in the RAAF as a fighter pilot. Andrew brings this diverse experience to help large government and commercial insurance schemes connect to LanternPay, transforming their service provider experience and operations. When he's not talking technology, he'll be in Canberra with his wife and three daughters (or off on a day trip to the snow!).

Rehan brings his lived experience with disability and passion for building and growing businesses to shape and deliver LanternPay's strategy for the NDIS. He combines skills gained from over a decade in investment banking with his desire to improve the way individuals, plan managers and providers transact. When he's not living and breathing the NDIS, you'll find him restoring cars to their former glory.

With a background in creating and launching complex fintech platforms, Stephen has experience spanning product and systems development, technology, sales and marketing. For LanternPay, Stephen develops and executes the platform strategy, distilling complex stakeholder requirements into a simple, scalable solution to achieve our social ambitions. When he's not rallying our product team, you'll find him zooming around, piloting an aircraft or on his electric skateboard.

Tom’s time in London and NY helping clients identify and implement their strategic goals prepared him well for his role with LanternPay, where he’s led the product development and successful launch of our NDIS plan management solution. With a passion for delivering change, Tom launches and operationalises our products so we can provide a great experience for our customers. When he’s not ensuring ops are running brilliantly, Tom likes to keep fit and spend time outdoors.

Zubin brings more than 15 years' experience in the technology sector to his role at InLoop, having previously held the position of Innovation Manager at WiseTech Global. Zubin thrives on delivering value to customers and developing teams who love coming to work. When he is not working on innovative solutions, Zubin enjoys spending time with his three young kids, wife and two dogs and taking (forcing) his kids on long hikes!

With broad people and culture experience spanning professional and financial services and fintech, Zarah is passionate about creating high performing, profitable, happy workplaces by ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time. She is firm in her belief this is achieved through supporting people to understand and discover their full potential, creating the foundations for a successful profitable business with an engaged passionate workforce.

Eugenie has worked in the Finance industry for more than 20 years. Following three successful years with sister company Flexischools, Eugenie now leads the Finance Operations team at LanternPay, and is responsible for the efficient processing of payments for our Programs, Plan Managers and Providers. She constantly strives to ensure the Finances operations are streamlined and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. When not focusing on all things Finance, Eugenie enjoys time at the beach with her family and friends.

With a background in software engineering for about two decades, Koray has worked at some great places in Turkey, France and Italy and was even an entrepreneur for a while! As head of engineering in LanternPay operation, he enjoys working across the various stages of delivery and interacting with stakeholders in different parts of the business.
